The role of Industrial growth is increasing day by day globally. Due to globalization of knowledge and resources, new records are made in industrial sector, but with the role of industrial growth, the expected growth of technicians has not taken place. The reason behind this is that technical education centres are not within the reach of rural youth. Despite being deserving candidates, they are not able to take the advantage of technical education. Gwalior Udyogik Vikas evam Prashikhan Kendra decided to establish industrial training center which can train rural male and female folk separately along with urban youth in various vocational courses so that they can not only be the earning members of their family but also can contribute in industrial development of the country .
